The outside of the front of the orphanage. The sign says the name "TongShan Social Welfare Institute". behind this building (which we were taken in) is the rest of the institute complex that we were NOT allowed to see. It appeared to have apartments, offices, maybe a school?

The inside of the same building. It had about 4 tables like this, with about 6 stools around them. I supposed that this was the "cafeteria" eating place for the institute. It was VERY clean, though very empty.
